- US$50.00 high season surcharge, 15 June - 31 August
- US$100.00 peak season surcharge, 23 December – 03 January
- Room rates are inclusive of daily breakfast as follows:
Prinia Villas - Maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old
Rangana Villas - Maximum 4 Adults and 2 children under 12 years old
Munia and Silangjana Villas - Maximum 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old
Cherida Villas - Maximum 6 adults and 3 Children under 12 years old
Jelantik and Kokokan Villas - Maximum 8 Adults and 4 Children under 12 years old
